after our grand central station photodate with jolie and giovanni we couldn’t wait for their wedding! you may recall that giovanni gets my “most photo-enthusiastic groom” award for 2011. he’s not afraid to romance jolie and  spin her around the floor, park, room, hallway {you name it} all in the name of fun-tastic, romantical photos. giovanni is so on point, i half kiddingly told him he might consider giving a snap seminar on how to work it for photos when you are the groom. all of giovanni’s moves are genuinely from the heart. he has found the girl of his dreams in jolie. jolie, innocently was looking for a nice jewish boy when she came across giovanni’s profile on line. turns out she found herself a very nice jewish boy with a very italian last name. this is the source of much amusement and many jokes between this adorable couple and their families. jolie is the perfect sweet, soft, smart, sassy lady to giovanni’s good natured, fun loving self. this was an epic day so it’s coming to you in three parts. here’s part one!

ready for a little taste of spring? i had almost forgotten how absolutely beautiful it is when the trees and flowers of spring begin to bloom. granted- i had to head south to find them, but the traveling was well worth the effort. number one, i had a dose of nature’s prozac…number two, i got to meet up with lauren and adrian! l + a are getting married in june, and although lauren is a snap fan and blog follower, we had never met in person. i thought it was high time, and luckily so did they! we decided to meet up in d.c. because l + a live just outside d.c. in arlington. i’ve always wanted to see the cherry blossoms, and it turns out last weekend was peak season, perfect conditions for our photodate! lauren and adrian are super sweet together, it’s obvious that they are a perfect match because of the easy snuggling and smooching that i barely had to encourage. i was extra impressed considering we met up at 8am, who feels like being lovey at 8am? people in love of course! can’t wait to see you guys in a couple of months, thanks everything!
