dear practice,

we love coming to the rehearsal dinner. it’s a great opportunity for us to meet all the key players at the wedding. we’ll be more efficient on the wedding day because we’ll have a solid grasp on who’s who. also, because we are so charming and fun to be around, your friends and family will be much more relaxed with us at the wedding, having already made friends with us the night before! we like to meet up with you just a few minutes before the official start of the rehearsal. this way we can take some cute relaxed portraits of you in your rehearsal dinner outfits before the fun gets under way. because of the laid back nature of the rehearsal, it’s a great time for us to snap lots of candids and also get some of those pesky extended family photos out of the way. we’ll stay for the cocktail hour portion and usually through the toasts {we scoot out just as you are sitting down to eat}. this usually means we’ll be with you for an hour and half to two hours. we enjoy the different personalities of the rehearsal dinner, whether it’s formal or casual it’s always a nice way to express yourself with personal touches. we wouldn’t want to miss out on that! i’ve included a few photos of some fun rehearsal dinners that we’ve photographed. each had it’s own particular flair and each one was a nice way for us to get to know our snap couples and snap families that much better!

cheers,

the snappers
