where to begin? so much to say! well, i definitely want to express how stinking adorable i think lucy and alex are. they have a really quiet tenderness between them and it is obvious to everyone that they are made for each other. lucy is such a delight, a funny, warm, and genuine person. and alex, is basically the male version of lucy with all the same great traits. i am certain they will have a very sweet life together. secondly, let’s talk about this venue, WOW! what a picturesque place. i have been dying to photograph there and lucy and alex made all my dreams come true! i also want t give props to the ladies at the catered affair, in particular eliza (who was nice enough to show me around before the wedding), and to courtney (who did a stellar job coordinating on the day of). thirdly, let me not forget our former snap bride loi who is a bridesmaid and the reason that lucy found us, thanks loi!!! lastly a million thanks to becca, my fantastical second shooter who is always such a pleasure to work with. sadly, (for us not for her)- she’ll be moving to hawaii in the fall so we’ll be losing her talents. check out some of her beautiful work here. other details of note: the flowers! artistic blossoms provided the stunning bouquets & arrangements, lucy found her adorable “card catalog” save the dates on etsy, her lovely gown is monique lhuillier and the bridesmaids are wearing lulakate. lucy and alex got ready at the lenox hotel which was also amazing.
